As Business Operations Manager and Shareholder, Aimy works closely with the leadership team to support the growth, performance, and operational excellence of the business. Her focus spans business strategy, systems, financial oversight, people and culture, and continuous improvement — helping create an environment where both the team and the business can thrive.

Prior to joining Ray White Papanui, Aimy built a diverse career across national and international organisations, specialising in change leadership, high-performance culture, and organisational development. Alongside her corporate experience, she has also successfully built and led businesses of her own, including ventures in professional services and sustainability consulting.

Known for her collaborative leadership style and ability to connect people, strategy, and systems, Aimy is passionate about building strong team cultures and creating exceptional experiences for both clients and staff. She believes the best businesses are built on trust, relationships, innovation, and a genuine commitment to people.

Alongside her husband Rob, who is Business Owner with Vanessa our Licensee Agent, Aimy is proud to be part of a locally owned leadership team helping shape the future of Ray White Papanui and supporting its continued growth within the Christchurch community.
