Chang’s path in real estate began behind the scenes as Personal Assistant to Vic Raha in late 2025, where she mastered campaign marketing, admin operations, buyer matching, and open home management. Earning her real estate salesperson license in April 2026, she combines this end-to-end industry knowledge with a unique professional background: years of financial experience as an Accounts Assistant paired with a strong foundation in hospitality.
