Holly grew up in the world of real estate. Her parents have proudly owned the Ray White New Brighton business for 24 years, sparking her passion for the industry where her professionalism, enthusiasm and drive offer a refreshing approach.

Holly has consistently been ranked the No.1 Agent Internationally for number of sales at Ray White from 2019 to the present — a testament to her work ethic, systems and commitment to her clients. Holly successfully negotiated over 275 sales in 2025. Holly is supported by an experienced, award-winning team who are with you every step of the way to achieve an outstanding result.

She holds two degrees in Marketing Management from the University of Otago, including a student exchange at the University of Manchester, and a degree in Psychology from the University of Canterbury. Through her studies and experience, Holly has developed a strong ability to strategically market and manage properties while understanding the psychological factors behind buying and selling.

After graduating, Holly moved to London where she gained two years of experience in the competitive London property market, working for the largest real estate agency in the UK. There she learnt the art of negotiation and went on to become the top salesperson in her office working in Notting Hill, St John’s Wood, Mayfair and Hampstead.

Now Holly thrives in the Christchurch market, where she has been honing her skills and team for the last 11 years. Dedicated to the area she calls home, she is here to help you navigate your property journey.
