Jess is the vital administrative hub of our team, ensuring every detail is handled with precision and care. A proud Cantabrian, she was born and raised in Christchurch before spending a decade in Australia, where she honed her skills in both the administration and hospitality sectors.

In 2025 Jess returned home to Christchurch bringing her young family with her, to make sure they’re brought up in the Kiwi way of life.

As our Administrator, she brings not only first-class organisational skills but also a genuine passion for the city and its people.

Jess's background in hospitality means she has a natural talent for making people feel welcome, while her admin experience ensures every detail is handled with meticulous care and accuracy. She is the friendly voice on the phone, the welcoming face when you visit and an efficient administrator playing a crucial role in making every client's commercial property journey a success.
