Lucas Plimmer

Kia ora! 

I am excited to join the Ray White Mid Canterbury team as an Administrative Assistant and all-round support person in the Ashburton and Methven offices. I have recently completed Year 13 at Mount Hutt College in 2025, and while studying NCEA Level 2 and 3, I had the privilege of conducting work experience through the Gateway department at Ray White.

During this time, I was taken under the wing of the incredible team, being shown the ropes of the exciting and fast-paced world of Real Estate. The team at Ray White have truly made me feel at home, and have helped me find a career path I am passionate about. I am studying towards my Real Estate Licence through Open Polytechnic which will allow me to gain a deeper understanding of the industry and it's fundamentals, preparing me for my future as a salesperson.

I look forward to helping wherever and whomever I can through my role here at Ray White Mid Canterbury.
