Hanmer Springs Hurunui District 7334

Unfortunately due to ill health our clients circumstances have changed so now is your opportunity to purchase this fabulous motel with street appeal and prime location.

13 spacious units consisting of studios and one or two bedroom units. The complex was recently refurbished throughout the interior and exterior including all bathrooms.

This motel is one of my favourites as prior to it being built I was involved with the developer in relation to designing extra large rooms plus the importance of having a spacious owner's residence. Now it gives me great pleasure in representing it for sale once again.

Excellent lease as the term has been extended through to 2049 and good profit.

Inspection will impress. Several financial options are available for the right purchaser.
